Clinical by definition is anything relating to the observation and treatment of actual patients and not only theory or laboratory work. Therefore, it is concluded that nursing overarches all the clinical areas. While specialties are available also for nursing, yet, nursing as caring health personnel will sense the duty to embrace the work in all clinical setting. Furthermore, clinical is not merely means to be inside the healthcare institution, but also in the community where “healthy” people may be found wanting of health education or even treatment outside healthcare facilities.

This edition, Klabat Journal of Nursing again presented to both scholar and non-scholar communities the updated studies relating to all clinical areas overached by nursing, both for the patients, communities of all settings and also to improve the nurses and student nurses themselves, making it possible to attain higher steps in providing quality care locally and globally.
