AKTIVITAS ANGGOTA GERAK, KEMANDIRIAN, DAN SISTEM PEMANTAUAN KEGAWATAN PASIEN
Abstract
Sistem pemantauan kegawatan merupakan pedoman yang dapat digunakan untuk memonitor kondisi pasien khususnya di ruang intensif, seperti aktivitas anggota gerak dan kemandirian pasien. Tujuan dalam studi ini untuk menganalisis korelasi aktivitas anggota gerak, kemandirian pasien, dan sistem pemantauan kegawatan di ruang intensif medikal dan bedah. Metode yang dipilih dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif melalui pendekatan observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya ialah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan convenience sampling, sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 pasien. Temuan hasil dari 51 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara aktivitas anggota gerak, kemandirian, serta sistem pemantauan kegawatan pasien (p<0,05) dengan keeratan hubungan yang bervariasi, dari lemah hingga kuat. Direkomendasikan kepada petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat untuk membudayakan penggunaan sistem pemantauan kegawatan pasien khususnya pada pasien yang terancam nyawanya agar dapat diberikan pertolongan yang cepat dan akurat sehingga terhindar dari perburukan kondisi.
The emergency monitoring system is a guide that can be used to monitor patient conditions, especially in the intensive care unit, such as limb activity and patient independence. The aim of this study is to analyze the correlation of limb activity, patient independence, and the emergency monitoring system in the medical and surgical intensive care unit. The method chosen in this study is quantitative through an analytical observational approach with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling approach. The sample involved in this study was 51 patients. The findings from the 51 respondents involved in this research were that there was a significant relationship between limb activity, independence, and the patient emergency monitoring system (p<0.05) with varying degrees of relationship, from weak to strong. It is recommended for health workers, especially nurses, to cultivate the use of a patient emergency monitoring system, especially for patients whose lives are threatened so that they can be given quick and accurate help to avoid worsening of their condition.
