PENGARUH TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN YANG BAIK TERHADAP ROTA, DTA, DAN PER PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR PADA BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This study seeks to find out whether the implementation of Good Corporate Governance has significant effect to ROTA, DTA, and PER. The sample of this study are the firms participating in CGPI research dan rating in 2008 to 2012. Independent variables in this study is Corporate Governance Perception Index and the dependent variables consist of ROTA, DTA, and PER.  The findings indicate that partially CGPI has affected significantly to DTA. However, there is no significant influence of CGPI toward ROTA and PER.
